At 𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐙𝐙 men's jewelry, we always strive to guarantee and provide you with products of the highest quality.

We are pleased to offer all purchasers of our products a lifetime warranty if your product is damaged, faded, or defective from normal use.

This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the product, unless your product has been intentionally damaged.

If for any reason we no longer have the product you purchased for sale, you may exchange your product for another of the same or lesser value.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised in cases where the following conditions are necessarily met:

* the purchased item must be in its original packaging, with the original label

* the purchased goods are accompanied by all documents that were received together with the product, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act

If your product has lost its quality or broken, please contact us at hadezz.com@gmail.com and send a photo or video so we can document it and send you a new product.
